How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
When placing an order, please allow us 2-3 days to fully prepare your order and ship it! Since we are based in France, the shipping time may vary depending on where you live.
In takes approximately between 2 to 5 days in France and it may take around 2 weeks worldwide.
Can I ask for a refund?
All sales are final. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will ask you to contact us and provide us a picture of the damaged product. We will cover the shipping so you can send it back to us and we'll refund you entirely.
Do you offer different board shapes?
For now, there is only one shape available, but we are to expand our variety of shapes in the future.
